Cooling service
According to the law, all owners of refrigeration/heat plants, with more than a certain amount of cold means, have to let their constructions be inspected by
an accredited cold company.
This can be compared to the fact that your car needs to be inspected by the motor vehicle testing, or you will not be allowed to use it. According to the
Swedish regulations it is not allowed to miss the inspections of one's
constructions.
